Intermittent no audio issue when using headsets.

When using third party headsets with a SpectraLink phone, you may experience audio problems including no audio, static, and intermittent audio.  This is typically caused by the plastic issue seen below:
 
 
The jack on the right is the correct one to use, as the recessed plastic at the base of the plug allows for a full connection into the bottom of the phone.
