[O365] No audio when Trio dial out to PSTN number but audio is OK when receiving call from PSTN

Customer is migrating to O365. They found that there is no audio when Trio dial out to PSTN number but audio is OK when receiving call from PSTN. Call to internal user is working fine. Problem is fixed after firewall rule change. STUN& TURN TCP 443 and STUN UDP 3478 ports must be permitted on firewall. And packets inspections should be disabled for traffic on these ports.
