Sales Samples Discount Terms and Conditions

PLANTRONICS SALES SAMPLE DISCOUNT PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Plantronics Sales Sample Discount Program ("Program") is offered to current employees of Plantronics Alliance Partners ("Partner") who are residents of the U.S. or District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age with a shipping address in the U.S. ("Participants").

The Program is available through March 31, 2020 ("Program Period") unless terminated earlier.

The purpose of the Program is to provide Participants with an opportunity to purchase Qualified Plantronics Products as defined at up to a 60% discount on MSRP so they may experience product benefits and then make appropriate recommendations to their customers.

Please review these Terms and Conditions before placing an order. By submitting an order, you certify that you have read and are in agreement with these Program terms and conditions and confirm that you are eligible to participate.

Plantronics will provide Participants with a coupon code for a discount on the MSRP published for selected Plantronics products offered on www.plantronics.com ("Qualified Plantronics Products"):

Qualified Plantronics Products are limited to the Voyager, Blackwire, EncorePro, Entera, Calisto, DA, Savi, Practica, SupraPlus, CS, and Audio Processor families.

The coupon code must be used within (30) thirty days of issuance by Plantronics.

Each Participant may purchase a total of five (5) Qualified Plantronics Products per coupon code. If more than five (5) Qualified Plantronics Products are added to a cart, the discount will not be applied.

The coupon code is not transferrable and must be used in one single order transaction. The coupon code may not be used for a later purchase even if the total number of five (5) Qualified Plantronics Products is not purchased.

All Plantronics products come with serialized numbers and will automatically be associated with the Participant who made the purchase. Participants may not return or resell the products purchased under this Program.

Purchases made through any channel other than a purchase from the www.plantronics.com website, are not eligible for the discount.

It is the Participants responsibility to be aware of and abide by any participation prohibitions under the terms of their employment.

The discount does not apply to taxes or shipping fees.

Poly employees are not eligible to participate in this Program.

Plantronics does not ship to PO Boxes.

Plantronics reserves the right to audit orders placed for the Qualified Plantronics Products and may modify or cancel this Program for any reason at any time without further notice.

This offer cannot be combined with any other discount or promotional offer. Void where prohibited.
