M220/M220C: How to Replace the Earloop

This procedure describes how to replace the earloop on the M220.
To replace the ear loop
  1. Hold the earloop close to where it connects to the headset and pull it off of the speaker. NOTE: The earloop is firmly connected to the headset, so you may have to pull with some effort to remove it from the headset.

  2. Position the replacement earloop over the speaker, and then snap it into place.
