Polycom HDX SIP Registration Issue with OCS Server 2007 R2 (Windows 2008 R2):

Issues with registering HDXs to OCS Server 2007 R2 pool.
 
OCS topology - single pool with 2 OCS Front End Servers (Load Balanced)
  1. On the OCS Server 2007 R2 Servers, locally, open the Local Security Policy and browse to Security Settings > Local Polices > Security Options.
  2. Edit the policy Network Security: Minimum session security for NTLM SSP based (including secure RPC) servers and clients. (Right-Click entries and then click Properties)
  3. Uncheck the Require 128-bit encryption setting to enable 'no minimum' as the configured behavior
 Additional Note:  If you’re registering an HDX externally through an OCS Edge Server and that Edge server is also running Windows Server 2008 R2, please ensure that you apply those local policy settings as well.See Attachments for screenshots
