RPRM: Endpoint Monitor View Status reporting “Presence Status - Unknown” for all Group Series.
The customer has reported for the Group Series Presence status is showing Presence Unknown on the RPRM. This worked before and stopped working after internal network changes. The network captured collected from RPRM reported no handshake on TCP port 5222. The inbound port on the RPRM getting blocked for Presence Service XMPP.
