OBi1000 Phone Series, OBi2000 Phone Series and OBi2xx Series ATA Device Manual Update Instructions For Latest Firmware Version
OBi2xx Series ATA Device (OBi200, OBi202, OBi212): https://www.obitalk.com/Downloads/OBi2xx-3-2-2-8680EX.fw
- Pick up the phone plugged into your OBi device phone port, dial ***1 and note down the IP address read out to you on a piece of paper.
- Open a new browser window on your PC/laptop, input the noted IP Address at the Address Bar and hit Enter on your keyboard (i.e. 192.168.xxx.xxx). Best to use Chrome browser.
(If/when prompted, default Username and Password: admin/admin. But If you have previously changed the password, use that instead of "admin”).
NOTE: For the OBi202 ATA Device model, to access the integral local web-page via the WAN port (if prompted), at phone plugged-in, dial: ***0, 30#, 1, 1# and 1.
Click “Choose File” button, locate the firmware file you just downloaded (above), then click “Update” button.

- Download latest firmware for your OBi device to your pc/laptop (please "Save As" and do not open):
- Access the local web-page of the OBi ATA Device (via Internet/WAN Port only):
- Pick up the phone plugged into your OBi device phone port, dial ***1 and note down the IP address read out to you on a piece of paper.
- Open a new browser window on your PC/laptop, input the noted IP Address at the Address Bar and hit Enter on your keyboard (i.e. 192.168.xxx.xxx). Best to use Chrome browser.

NOTE: For the OBi202 ATA Device model, to access the integral local web-page via the WAN port (if prompted), at phone plugged-in, dial: ***0, 30#, 1, 1# and 1.
- Now that you have accessed the OBi local web-page, go to the "System Management" / "Device Update" page, as seen:
Click “Choose File” button, locate the firmware file you just downloaded (above), then click “Update” button.
- Wait for the OBi to restart (approx. 30-60 seconds) to completion and you will be good to go.

- Download latest firmware for your OBi Phone to your pc/laptop (please "Save As" and do not open):
- Access the local web-page of the OBi Phone unit (via Internet/WAN Port or WiFi connection):
- Go to phone screen, navigate to Settings for the Network IP Address and note down the IP Address on a piece of paper.
- Open a new browser window on your PC/laptop, input the noted IP Address at the Address Bar and hit Enter on your keyboard (i.e. 192.168.xxx.xxx). Best to use Chrome browser.
(If/when prompted, default Username and Password: admin/admin. But If you have previously changed the password, use that instead of "admin”).
- Now that you have accessed your OBi Phone’s local web-page, go to the "System Management" / "Device Update" page, as seen:
Click “Choose File” button, locate the firmware file you just downloaded (above), then click “Update” button.
- Wait for the OBi Phone to restart (approx. 30-60 seconds) to completion.
- Verify/confirm for latest firmware version: at the OBi phone screen / go to Product Info / scroll down to “Software Version:”
