Please be aware that there is an issue on the Backbeat Fit 2100 where it becomes unresponsive after sending a tone to the headset using the ‘’Find My Headset’’ feature.

A quick fix for the issue is to connect the unit to any power source and disconnect it, which will make the headset work properly again.
