How do I pair my Pulsar 590e with my cell phone or other device?

To pair your Pulsar 590e to your phone or other device: 590e Pairing Process
  1. Turn on your device’s Bluetooth feature.
  2. Start with the headset powered off. Press and hold the call control button while powering the headset on. Once the light on the headset starts flashing an alternating red-blue, release the buttons and set the headset aside.
  3. On your cell phone/device, go to the Bluetooth menu and search for (or add) a device. The cell phone should find the headset, which will appear as "590Plantronics" in your list of devices.
  4. If prompted for a passkey, enter 0000 (four zeros). Note: Do not be alarmed if your phone does not prompt you for a passkey, because many phones do not.
