What to send back when returning a product for replacement (Headsets and accessories)

When returning a defective unit back to our warehouse team, please verify the model and accessories or ad-ons required for return in order for your replacement unit to be sent.

Important note: If the complete unit is not returned this may delay the shipment of your replacement.
