1b - integrare dezvoltată de parteneri prin metoda recomandată Plantronics Hub SDK REST API. Necesită instalarea butucului Plantronics. Softphone va apărea în Plantronics Hub ca SDK activat. În prezent nu sunt furnizate date pentru rapoartele dependente de softphone din Plantronics Manager Pro. Această integrare beneficiază de capacitatea de a oferi suport RCC pentru mai multe telefoane software compatibile.
2 - integrarea dezvoltată de parteneri prin utilizarea bibliotecii native nererecomandate nu necesită instalarea platformei Plantronics. Pentru Plantronics Manager Pro Support Plantronics Hub trebuie instalat, nu vor fi furnizate date pentru rapoartele dependente de softphone din Plantronics Manager Pro.
