Mr. Dexheimer has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2008. Mr. Dexheimer has over 25 years of leadership experience in computer infrastructure technologies, including specific knowledge of enterprise and consumer storage markets and architectures. At Seagate Technology, he served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Strategy from 2000-2007 and was a key member of the executive team that led the company through a successful privatization and subsequent IPO in 2002. During that time, the company grew sales from $6 billion to over $10 billion through expansion into new markets and geographies. Mr. Dexheimer also served as President, Consumer Solutions, where he was responsible for the development, manufacturing and go-to-market of Seagate's $1 billion branded DAS, NAS and consumer storage products and services. Other leadership positions Mr. Dexheimer held in Seagate's core business include: Chief Sales & Marketing Officer; Senior Vice President Personal Storage Business and Vice President and General Manager Tape Business.
Mr. Dexheimer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from The University of Portland, a Masters of Business Administration from Pepperdine University and Director Certification from UCLA.
