CS50-USB/CS60-USB Troubleshooting: No Lights
My headset is plugged in, but there are no lights on the unit. What should I do?
Possible Causes/Solution: 1) It is possible that you are getting insufficient power from your USB port. Try plugging the headset into another USB port. (We recommend using a USB port on the back of your computer, if possible). 2) If your headset came with an optional AC power adapter, attach it. 3) If you are using a laptop, check to be sure it is not in standby or hibernation mode. Be sure the unit is completely charged.
