Plantronics Manager: How to Identify a Firmware Archive for a Specific PID
This article explains how to identify firmware update archives for specific product IDs (PIDs) in your network share file location.
Firmware update archives contain the word "firmware" in the filename, and the PID appears directly after "firmware". (See below).
