X50 Teams Mode: White screen with about 75% progress and message displaying "Signing in," but does not go beyond that.

Expected Result: While in Teams Mode the account to stay signed in all the time.

Actual Result: Codec goes into white screen with progress around 75% with message displaying “signing in,” but it does not go past that.

    Teams account is signed in and working fine. It can work for a day or half a day and then it goes into the signing in state. Hard or Soft rebooting the codec does help.

    Work around is to switch provider to Poly and then back to Teams. At this point account can register and all works fine. Until it fails again.
