I do not hear audio in my Voyager Legend headset when I use Scopia on iPad (running iOS7). What is the issue?

Answer

We heard from Avaya that the issue with the Scopia app and iOS7 devices has been fixed in version 3.0.3. This was verified by Plantronics. Scopia version 3.0.3 is available in iTunes and supports Bluetooth audio with the Voyager Legend and other Bluetooth headsets.
