Poly Accessibility

Equity is in our DNA, and accessibility is important to Poly. Poly is on an accessibility journey to enable everyone to be their best. Our product development process, from design to manufacturing, includes built-in checkpoints to guarantee that our teams take proactive measures to fulfill accessibility needs. We are invested to continue our growth so that everyone who visits our offices, navigates our website, uses our products, or interacts with our teams can do so on their terms.

Ongoing Effort

We realize that bridging the disability divide isn’t an overnight mission, but we’re getting better every day. We strive to include universal design principles in our products and services to benefit all users. The Poly Accessibility Council is driving incremental improvements in every aspect of our product design and digital presence.

Product Accessibility Conformance

Poly’s team of IAAP-certified professionals reviews our products and services for the criteria described in Section 508 of the United States Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Section 255 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended by the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act of 2010. We regularly monitor our process to adhere to the latest standards and requirements. You can find publicly available accessibility conformance reports for our current products at our Product Accessibility (VPAT) page. If you have questions on the accessibility of Poly products or can’t find a VPAT form, email us at
