What is UC?

Unified Communications - otherwise known as UC - can be defined as the merging of different methods of communication ranging from those used at home, in the office, and on the go, into one device or program. The objective of UC is to streamline the user's operations so that switching between all of these methods of communication is seamless, intuitive, and quick.
