+ What is Intel® Evo™?

Intel® Evo™ laptops are a range of premium laptops by top manufacturers optimized for the ultimate user experience.

+ My laptop has an Intel® Evo™ logo and has an 11^th generation processor. Is my Voyager 4320 UC headset supported?

Yes, your Voyager 4320 UC headset is supported. It is also supported with the new 12th generation Intel® Evo™ laptops.

+ What operating system is required?

The latest Windows 11 is required.

+ I want to be able to remotely answer calls from my softphone while away from my desk. Can I use my headset without the dongle?

No. Currently remote call answer/end requires the use of the BT600 or BT700 dongles. We are working with the leading softphone manufactures to provide support.

+ Can I just discard the BT700 USB adapter that came with my Voyager headset as I am successfully using it directly with my computer’s Bluetooth?

Poly recommends that you retain your BT700 in a safe place in case it is required in the future.

+ Can I do a firmware update on my Voyager 4320 UC headset without the BT700 adapter?

Yes. You can either update the firmware via Plantronics Hub for IOS/Android or connect the headset via a USB cable to your computer and use Poly Lens or Plantronics Hub for Windows.

+ My Voyager 4320 UC headset is currently managed via Plantronics Manager Pro/Poly Lens. Can I use my headset without the BT600 or BT700 dongle?

No. Currently either the BT600 or BT700 dongles are required by our remote management solutions to manage the headset.

+ What firmware version is required on the Voyager 4300 UC Series?

The Voyager 4320 UC headset will qualify for the ‘Engineered for Intel Evo’ designation only when used with new firmware available in February 2022. Please download that update via Poly Lens to ensure the best experience in compatibility and performance.
