Savi Office Troubleshooting: No Response
No Response When Call Control or Base Button is Pressed
These instructions pertain to models WO100 ,WO200, WO101, WO201, WO300 & WO350 The Savi Office system is designed to provide call control to the Microsoft Office Communicator (MOC) without the PerSono Suite software*; however, there are times when MOC calls placed or answered using the computer screen may not automatically enable the Savi headset RF link. A similar issue would be when you try to end a call with the headset call control or base button but only close the RF link and the call remains on MOC. Solution: Close PerSono Suite completely and start it again. *You may need PerSono Suite for call control with a different softphone like Skype. There is no problem to run PerSono Suite with MOC, but it is not necessary if you do not have any other softphone running.
