QuestionI Can't Hear the Caller or a Dial Tone
- Check that all cords and jacks are connected correctly.
- Check that the base has power (red indicator light) and the headset battery is fully charged.
- Try other phone configuration dial settings on the base unit. Ensure the selected number is in line with the position indicator.
- Ensure you are in headset mode. Press the call control button to select the correct mode. The talk indicator light on the base is green.
