Poly UC Software for VVX Business Media, VVX Business IP Phones and SoundStructure

All major UC Software releases intended for deployment in Skype for Business (formerly Lync) are qualified by Microsoft before being posted on this page. To ensure the best level of support, it is recommended that all Skype for Business customers only use software releases that have been qualified by Microsoft. Poly also recommends that you upgrade your Poly VVX Business Media Phones to run the latest version of UC Software in conjunction with the latest version of the Better Together over Ethernet (BToE) helper application.

Microsoft supports all subsequent UCS maintenance releases that are Microsoft Qualified, however we request customers to check and upgrade to the latest Microsoft qualified maintenance release before deploying a new software which are listed on this page alone.

NOTE: UCS 6.3.x is the last set of releases certified for use of VVX phones with Microsoft's Skype-for-Business platforms.
