Computer USB Headsets and External Hubs
Plantronics recommends connecting our headsets directly into a USB port on your computer rather than plugging into a hub. However, if you choose to use a hub, ensure that the hub receives power from an AC adapter rather than from the computer.
If the headset doesn't work in this scenario, try unplugging other devices from the hub to ensure that the headset receives enough power. If you are unable to get the headset to function through a hub, try connecting it directly into the PC.
