VVX Skype for Business calls through Anywhere365 contact center have 8-10 second audio delay
A caller, for example, cell phone, places a call that is routed through Anywhere365 contact center to VVX. When the VVX answers the call after the first ring the caller will have 8-10 second audio delay from VVX. There is no audio delay if the VVX answers on the first ring.
This will be resolved in 5.4.5 and 5.5.1. There will be no audio delay when answering the call after the first ring on VVX.
